His style of food is created to match the style of your event - from simple rustic dishes with the best ingredients, to sophisticated culinary masterpieces, always using the best ingredients. Wherever possible only the freshest ingredients are sourced. Based and working within the small rural communities through-out Shropshire, Oakapple Catering recognises the importance of supporting local businesses and suppliers.
