Ed understands that sometimes you do not want him and his team in your home or at your event but just need a helping hand. This may be for all of part of an event - everything is possible.

Dinner parties - everything from canapés to dessert - you can simply serve and sometimes you may need to just pop it in the oven!

Supper parties - more casual dining - casseroles, pies with accompaniments and puddings.

Canapés - stylish nibbles for drinks parties or to start off a dinner party - all prepared and ready to serve - some may need a warm through or the final touches but careful instructions will be left with them.

Buffets - hot or cold - all presented on plates, platters and bowls - again maybe just a little warming through to do.

Finger buffets - for lunch or dinner, family or informal gatherings - they are particularly popular for christenings.

Afternoon tea - a combination of sweet and savoury delights - again popular for christenings or parties where children are included.
